Atasha Jordan

Atasha Jordan is a current undergraduate at Harvard University in Cambridge, MA. As a pre-medical student, Atasha is majoring in Neurobiology with a citation in French. Atasha was born in Barbados, an island nation in the Caribbean, but she has spent the majority of her life in the US – first in South Florida and now in Newtown, Pennsylvania. While in high school, Atasha found time to play varsity Volleyball and Track & Field and serve as the President of the Christian Fellowship Club, all while working to become the valedictorian of her graduating class. Outside of school Atasha volunteered in many different capacities, but the theme was always the same: education.

At Harvard, Atasha is just as active as she was in high school. She is a board member of the Harvard Society of Black Scientists and Engineers in addition to being a staff member of the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations. During her free time, Atasha enjoys working with youth in the Boston area, exploring foreign language and culture, modeling, traveling, and writing poetry.
